EndZone Comfort does not meet, connect with, photograph, identify, or publish stories about the patients who receive donations. We do not create 'Teen Voices,' testimonials, recipient profiles, or patient impact stories. We do not use stock images that appear to portray actual EndZone Comfort recipients. We do not imply that staff personally deliver items to patient rooms.

Private student contact data is kept separate from public recognition content. Public pages do not expose student email, phone, birth date, or private notes. Student profiles require consent and admin approval before publication, especially for minors. Any student profile requires an appropriate publication policy.

We never delete historical approved records without an archive and audit reason. Item totals update only from approved records. Annual statistics preserve the source records used to calculate them. The system supports multiple years of participation by the same student or school.
