By accessing and using the EndZone Comfort website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

EndZone Comfort is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. The organization's EIN will be published and included on donation receipts once available. Mailing address: 155 Bartram Market Place, Ste 135, PMB 138, St. Johns, Florida. Public contact: info@endzonecomfort.com.

EndZone Comfort accepts brand-new items only. Preferred giving methods include approved brand-new item donations, an Amazon Wish List, and monetary donations. All donated items must be brand new with tags, as they are intended for medically vulnerable children and teens. Donation payments are processed securely. Tax receipts are provided for monetary donations.

Students submit volunteer hours directly to EndZone Comfort. No school advisor approval is required. Submissions are reviewed by an EndZone Comfort administrator. Administrators can approve, edit approved hours, request additional information, or mark submissions as not approved. Only approved records update official impact totals.

EndZone Comfort does not photograph, identify, or share stories about the teenagers who receive our donations. Student profiles require consent and admin approval before publication. Photos from drives, public hospital drop-off areas, student events, sorting, speaking engagements, and partner activities may be used.

EndZone Comfort's logos, content, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. The original primary logo is intended for white and light backgrounds. The reversed T-shirt logo is intended for navy or dark backgrounds and merchandise. Do not stretch, distort, rotate, recolor, or add effects to the logo.

EndZone Comfort provides this website on an 'as is' basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or participation in our programs.

EndZone Comfort reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Last updated: August 1, 2026.
